I'm 99% sure that the train can be used in Multiplayer as well. Maybe it's just a bug that causes the setting to not appear. I know for a fact that the train was usable in FS17 in multiplayer so it would only make sense if it was usable here too. You cannot tab to the train. However you can use the train. However there was a page that listed all the installed mods, and from that page I had to click an activate button or switch or something like that to make it so it was actually running. Try lowering the % settings. Especially foliage density. I had FPS drops and my GTX 970 was working at 100% on a large field of wheat. There can be many reasons why connecting to multiplayer games can fail but try these first. Only dedi servers run 24 hours when your not playing so if YOUR game is standered multiplayer then your friends are not connecting to your game as your not in the game which you need to be for them to be able to play.
